Hello All!
I have been a huge fan of this website for it's quality DJ sets shared by all of you electronic music lovers. There have been numerous sets I have been lucky to grab that were posted by some generous people. So, in return, I finally had the time to upload some of my favorite mix sets from a local DJ Andre Solaris. In my opinion, he is one of the best DJ's out there who hasn't gotten the mainstream recognition yet. One day I sincerely hope he gets the props he deserves.
His sets have a driving, progressive feel, and he takes his listeners into a more atmospheric territory. All I can say is that I have listened to these and some of his other sets dozens of times and I never get tired of listening to them. Words can't describe how good these sets are. They are truly timeless. Don't pass these up! I downloaded them from his website Fuelinfo.com and off XM a few years ago when he had his show on XM radio. Sweepers are rare. If you like what you hear, and if I get some good feedback, I can upload other favorite sets of mine by Andre. You may also want to check out his website and follow the links to his audio section, where he has other free sets to download. I hope that you enjoy them as much as I have. maaaan oooh maaan! great upload!!!! Andre Solaris is great dj! I don't remember when I heard great progressive breaks sets like his! Good old days... after 2004 most of all djs started with fuckin' electro ect minimalish stuff...

I am glad that the previous mix sets I posted bring you as much enjoyment as they do for me. I personally feel that tracks from years 2001-2003 produced some of the best electronic music sets out there. Classic and timeless tunes. niteqqwl... you are my hero of the month! I searched FUEL site, and find that "All studio- recorded mixes are live sessions and Andre is currently using Final Scratch 2™ with Traktor DJ Studio™ to produce the mixes". Amazing work! And looked at some his remixes... "An unofficial remix of Poland's leading hard alternative rock group. O.N.A., which released their first album in 1995 and unexpectedly dissolved in January of 2003 after a successful career as one the most influential rock group's of post-communist Poland. Andre takes this track's lyrics of Agnieszka Chylinska out of context and fuses a ragga version of the number with beats sampled from Gaetano Parisio's "Dub Pistol" to create an explosive tech-house number, with a reggae flavored breakdown, that completely infuriates the dancefloors. Completed April 2002.

One question... do you have any set from RadioABC (Szczecin, Poland) [R.I.P.]? I remember that he played on Saturdays nights... before ABC (one of best non commercial radiostation) was bought by a fuckin' commecial station
And maybe you have some other (non weekly radiostation) sets (maybe from Polish events)?

I have been following Andre for some time and do have some live stream recordings of the mixes you are referring to from his ABCfm radio stint. These mixes were actually broadcast on the System XM 82 simultaneously. Please refer to his website and look over the tracklistings and give me a few of your favorite mixes by mix number you might want to download. I will see what I can do. In terms of some other mixes from Polish events he might have promoted, I do not have any of those mixes, however, shoot him an email and let him know of your request. Andre is very good at responding back to emails.

"As of August 9, 2003. "Future Sound Of Chicago", airs every week on ABC Radio 98.4 FM in Szczecin, Poland. With this new radio residency in his native country, Andre's eclectic progressive mix will infiltrate the airwaves of this largely Techno oriented city partially due to it's close proximity to Berlin. The station's noncommercial programming revolves around many types of underground electronic music including Drum & Bass, Acid Jazz and Funk, Techno, Ragga, Hip Hop, House, and Experimental. "Future Sound Of Chicago" presents a Chicago-style take on various kinds of Prog House commonly known as Global House. Saturdays 8pm-9pm GMT +01:00. The show ended in August of 2005 with the sale of the station to yet another commercial radio corporation in Poland."
