    Older Progressive House Comps

I just found this one called Fear of a Silver Planet by James Holden, great stuff. Can anyone recommend any older cds like that? I know about GU and Balance but can anybody offer any other recommendations? Label mix compilations, that type of thing...

    Re: Older Progressive House Comps

    That's nostalgic!

Parks & Wilson - Painting on Silence
    Steve Gerrard's Thinking Out Loud
    Cass' Interpretations
    JVM's Balance
    Digweed's Bedrock
    Anthony Pappa's Balance
Flash Brothers--not sure if they released any comps
    Yuunus' Kiss mix
    Innate - Baroque: In Session
    Chris Cargo
Andy Moor - Baroque: In Session
    Ashley Caselle - Deviations & Response ...

For even older stuff, check out

    Digweed's Winning Ticket
    JDJ - Silky Mix
    Oakenfold - Fluoro
the comps from Hooj like Deeper Shades
possibly the older Zabiela promos (but they aren't prog)
    Northern Exposure
    Renaissance
    Cream

If you could make it to my shelves, you'd drool.

All of the Nubreeds were great and don't forget the first few Renaissance Worldwide releases, Dark Drums, Dave Ralph's Tranceport.

So white-middle class Americans have been told by their Television sets to be fearful of:

                        1. Mexicans/Latinos from the South bringing drugs and killings n' shit.
                        2. African Americans cause mos def they are raging a race war and want to occupy America like how the plebs occupied Wall St.
                        3. Iranians/Afghans/Any one of middle eastern origin to be quite frank, cause you know Islam...
                        4. North Koreans/Chinese cause you know everything...

the first 5 nubreeds were all kiler. dave ralphs tranceport 1 was pretty good at the time too. also lawlers dark drums comps are great too, back when he used to be 100% tribal madness.
