I am on my 22 day withou the cig, it has been surprisingly easy to resist,no help of a patch or a book used to quit just a decision to enjoy my last cigarette. I have a very strong ability todo things when I decided especially with addicitions, all my close friends are smokers and I see them almost everyday, I hope that I won't be as stupid as last time where I went back to smoke 6 months after I had quit just because of the booze, now that both of them are a NO will see how long will I resist.

props man but i will say the 1st six are the hardest

i quit cold turkey almost 3 years ago and the 1sy 6 are the hardest but once u make a year u feel great and at 18 mos its pretty much gone

the cigars are the hardest to let go and next is hookah but thats all that gave me trouble ... i would say drink beer and start running (any other cardio sport is good too) ...
