    Jonathan Lisle Regime Change 2003

After listening to the new Jon Lisle mix he recently posted, I decided to break out a mix of his I hadn't listened to in a while. Regime Change was the first mix from Lisle that I ever heard, and even though it is short, it is FAN-FUCKIN-TASTIC! It is easily my favorite breaks mix ever, I don't know why I haven't listened to this in a long time, because i used to play it constantly. I actually haven't listened to Lisle in a while, because I wasn't into what he played for the last couple of years, but his new mix is killer and so are alot of his old mixes, especially Regime Change.

    Any opinions on this set?

I got pics and video. But I will upload them in the morning. I need to smoke this nice phat joint and just close my eyes and replay the amazingness in my head.

You need to listen to Craig Richards breakbeat set from Tayo's kiss100 show. It trumps just about every breaks set i've ever heard.

^Can you upload that? Never heard a breaks set from Richards. His Fabric was my fave though, and that had some breaks towards the end.

Ha, I recently busted this set out too after a long break. This was my 1st Lisle set I listened to and I fell in love after one listen...I then proceeded to gobble up as much as I could find of his. Absolutely love the annihilation sample which imo enhances that twisted darkness throughout the set.

Haven't heard his new mix...might have to give it a whirl.

Lisle is a genius. Let's hope he continues to put out well thought mixes for a long time to come.

I love what he does to keeper of five in the intro. Really adds another dimension to the track.

I hope we hear some more from him soon. I'm assuming M Theory is no more?
