how many popups you have there? I have only one - the layer-ad which is nearly on ever
site. What's with the dl-speed for you and people outsite germany?

This site gave me an average dL speed of 60kbps.

I had 2 different pop ups. First the layer add which covers the page, then a huge browser add. Just a huge annoyance, and not any better speed for the hassle factor. They pester us with that stuff since its free, but other sites are free too, and work just the same without the hassles popups adds.

I have only had one or two other sites do this, and it sucks. I appreciate your ups Lector, you kick ass. I hate to complain anyway, just thought you could choose a few others for better linkages.

Mega, and Rapid never do this. Sendspace and of course Mercury, just to name a few of the best. And there are many others. Sure this one uploads fine, but no faster than mercury or sendspace. I know many ppl don't like Mega and Rapid, but I went ahead and bought the premium. With that they are AWESOME. With the subscription, I have speed up to 175kbps dL. So I spent my money on something worthwhile I think. Free, really isn't free at all, when I have to get the popups, tracking cookies, and hassle.

i have an average speed of 300 at sharebase. Thats a very good avarage for
me as a non registered user. Upload.to is very fast in the night hours (MEZ-about 500kbit - USD compatible). The same at netload.in. First for me is Rapidshare (day & night- ever about 550kbit - premium user). At sendspace i have max 50kbit (if i get a free slot) - the same for the new mercuryupload . But the last position is megaupload (ever between 20-30kbit - waiting times if i did a dl about 5+ hours). Anyway
I use sharebase because i can create dirs and have a better overview about the uploads.
Archiv.to is very fast for me too but there's no content managment.

Yeah, I used megaupload w/o a premium and it was difficult, so I bought a lifetime, equal to 3-4 store music CD's, pretty good deal for the lessened hassel factor.

I don't have many problems with sendspace now, but used to, so I know what your speaking of there, but mercuryupload is great for me.

I also like http://www.mediafire.com/ for a free one without any hassle things.

I think you guys in europe are on a country fast network or something. It cost big bucks to have those huge speeds, or the cheaper companies offering the super fast speeds aren't all over here yet, and aren't very reliable ... from what I have heard. Even a cable modem and internet goes out alot in the states. Slowly getting better, but not like you all have there and in Asia.

Maybe one day our internet services will have it together.
