you can split it up into smaller files and zip em with WinRAR...then the user can dl all of them and unzip with WinRAR and the program will automatically combine them into one file again.

Ok, split it into 3 parts (two 200 MB files and one 100 MB). Since the third part was small enough to upload to mediafire, you can get two parts at once if you aren't megaupload premium. Enjoy
