    Our own little Columbine

    [web:e138a470cb]http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/americas/3697678.stm[/web:e138a470cb]

Really sad news, 3 kids dead, 6 hospitalized with serious injuries and 2 in critical status. No reasons for the shooting, no one knows what happened to the kid.

    that sucks beto

and it's awful to see the media coverage here, can't really believe how are they taking this as an entertainment with no respect for the families and the victims.

always sad to hear more kids killing kids.

on another note... is there no other city closer than 620 miles to compare that town to?
"Yeah, I live in Buenos Aires. Well... not really, I'm actually 620 miles away, but I'm practically in the city."

oh. is bahia blanca it a large city, or a small one? I wonder how many students were affected by the incident.

Bah?a Blanca is a medium sized city, over 200,000 people live in it and the sorroundings.

Carmen de Patagones, the city where the incident happened, has a population of 27,000. and it's about 100 miles away from Bah?a Blanca.

i thought only spoiled american kids acted this way.
this is a gross act. what the fuck drives kids to this point?
how is the law down there?
will this kid be eligible for a death penalty?
at 15 you know the difference between right and wrong.
i feel his punishment should follow that of an adults.

NOm you have to be over 18 to go to jail, and there's no death penalty at all. Although everytime something highly violent like this happens, some people starts lobbying for lowering the minimum age and some minor groups ask for the death penalty (but that's not going to happend around here, luckily).

The kid is in my city now, in a youth detention center, under a heavy psychologycal checks.

You gotta ask yourself what goes through a young kids mind to want to do shit like that. Then you gotta ask yourself why his father left the gun in a place where his son could find it. FFS hide it somewhere they can`t find it. As we don`t have guns legaly over here and we very rarely here of such stories things like this really frreak me out. 3 young people lives wasted..... and for what?
mjwebhosting you know it makes sense

during last months = 2 years ago dude.
economy has nothing to do with an event like this.

the guy has serious issues. but everyone had issues when assisting to high school. this guy decided to act different

the worst is this case is not the only one of school violence.
the same day a boy stabbed another on buenos aires (i have to check the location).
