    Made the Switch

To an Imac...finally. Damn this thing is nice. Gonna take some getting used to. As the screen is really big compared to all i've used before. I got the 20" 2.0 ghz intel duo with 2 gig's of ram. Really super nice. I bought the wireless package with it so i've got the wireless mouse and keyboard. And boy is this keyboard nice. Very minimal and streamlined. Nice white buttons to push and it doesn't make much sound either. I feel like I could type on this thing all day.

Looking forward to putting Ableton Live on this baby and getting to work on it.

Good pick. The new aluminum iMacs are a piece of art.

it takes a (very) little bit of getting used to, but man, you're going to love it. I've had my mac for about a month and a half now, and whenever I use my PC, it just seems clodhopping and outdated...

One thing, keep the mighty mouse scroll ball as clean as you can. it tends to stop working properly as it acumulates grease and dirt from you fingers.

You don't have clean hands when you're on the computer?

Not a huge fan of imacs but the new models are pretty great looking.

I try to have them as clean as I can .

From what I´ve read around in internet its actually a quite common problem and there´s no really good way to solve it because the mouse can´t be taken apart for proper cleaning.

thanks guys. the new aluminum colored macs are nice. It's taking me some time to get used to it, granted I don't have all my programs working just yet, but in the next couple weeks I'm sure to have all the same programs on my PC working on this baby. And a lot faster too. Seeing as how this is the dual core processor...and a faster hard drive.
