Re: Transitions on Protonradio now too
i wonder if proton is paying him or how that works... i also wonder how close they air, kiss vs proton. i wouldn't think kiss would appreciate it if they were aired at the same time.Should I fuck you at that not until the ass, inject then tremendously hard bumschen and to the termination in the eyes yes?Comment

Re: Transitions on Protonradio now too
I doubt they're paying him. We have a show on Galaxy but we also syndicate to other stations which they can use after the initial one has gone out. They don't pay us but it's good, free promotion.Comment

^^^the should if they put your sets up on their on demand section of the site. They are making money off you, so you deserve to get paid for that.Comment

Re: Transitions on Protonradio now too
What makes no sense to me is if the original broadcast becomes a "new work" and is being sold, then why would the inclusion of songs in the mix be different than the rules associated with a compilation album? This stuff is beyond confusing._________

Re: Transitions on Protonradio now too
it's confusing, but i would think since you don't get paid for the program, than there is no way you should have to pay the composers of the songs when you use their material.
Or at least that's the way it USED to be. Before all this shit with the RIAA bullshit.Comment

Re: Transitions on Protonradio now too
dance music is just fucked when it comes to royalties.
i have accepted it. yes people are making money of artists who dont see a dime... the radio is the least of it.
getting paid thousands to play others music in clubs is where artists get robbed....the dj's get rich as well as the club owners... just the way it is sadly.
maybe thats why dance music is still good. producers are not in it to get rich, they are in it for the love of it (at least i know i am).
i had an idea to fix this... install a software system in all the clubs (would be hard, and probably why its not possible) and have it analyze wav forms and have it cross references a database that producers would register their tracks. this would track all the times their tracks was played in the database... and the artist would get royalties per play in clubs around the world. just an ideaComment
