Don't think you will see any DJ's using this one as part of their performance kit.

I don't think that would be any good for that. Only one USB port. Not much of a hard drive to even put the music on. No Firewire. I don't see many Lj's using them for their performance...plus you can get a kick ass MBP for even less than these things.

i've got much better ways to spend $1800...

agree, no wonder we are going into a recession, there are no good products for the consumer at reasonable prices.
