    yea but imo, forcing the general public into upgrading hardware without need is stupid on part of both, microsoft and the hardware vendors.

            I'm gonna stay with XP -got myself a copy of Pro and I run that at work too. I got a new quad-core Dell at work with Vista installed, but it seems that my Wacom Tablet just doesn't like it (or the other way around), but with XP my tablet works just fine!

            So there's a professional reason for me to stick to XP, since I'll be switching to a tablet at home too in february. I need the fucking cursor to move where I point my pen at

              There are ways around it though. I found out from my older Creative Zen Sleek that Creative didn't see a justification to make a Vista driver so I read up and you can run the software in XP mode and still use it. You don't get full functionality but it helped me until I finally said "fuck it" and bought me the new Zen.
