    Palash: One

Although it's unfortunate that Saeed & Palash broke up as a duo, Palash has a new cd to be released Oct 5.

    check it out on Amazon...

maybe we'll start hearing more from them as individual artists...so this could be a good thing.

Other cd releases to keep an eye on:

Way out West - Oct 5
    Hybrid - Oct 26
    Desyn Masiello - Oct 26
    Trafik - Oct 5

    support the artists!

What is with the releasing of records on tuesadys? Do you guys do something sensible for once and write off mondays ?

Anywise, WOW album is v.v.nice (had this one for ages), except you seem to have a diferent track listing, and I can hopefully purchase the rest once i have some money that isn't comprised of red numbers.

Nothing big until the end of the month...

I think tuesday's release of Way out West, Trafik, and Palash will carry me through for a few days...

Isn't it funny that we all can chew through a set/cd like water, yet someone on the "outside" (someone who isn't obsessed with progressive) will listen to it and be amazed for months at a time.

I swear, the chics i've date/dated must think i'm mad when it comes to music. It's never enough....more more more!

Tuesday is actually the industry standard day for new releases of music (CDs, etc) and movies (DVD, VHS, etc).

Friday is the industry standard day for new releases of video games and theatrical releases.

Wednesday is another day of theatrical releases if the weekend is a holiday weekend.

I believe that's about it. There are exceptions the rules of course but as a general rule of thumb these days work about 99% of the time.

I also think that's not necessarly a bad thing, I don't remeber them to come together here,to Romania, but last time I saw Palash in february at an after-hours, after a boring set from Satoshi T.

He was really amazing !! looking forward

I believe the new Earth Volume 7 might be worth checking out from LTJ Bukem's label. Previous compilations have been a good ecletic mix of downtempo, d'nb and trip-hop. I've been curious myself to know if anyone has checked this out yet and if it's worth it.

interesting...bc I've always heard it was Saeed that rocks it and Palash is so/so...
either way, I like them both.

they were both very boring at eleven50 here in atl last year.
but the crowd was full of yuppie doosh scum.
most of those people were only 'at a club' that night.
there was about 15 people there for the dj's and my crew of 4 was included.
                              very dumb night.

                              on a good note...
i have always enjoyed their live sets. and the tide:edit cd's were frikkin great too. mmmmmmm.
