phoenix wasn't winning it all in the west in the playoffs with what they had been doing. keep doing what you've done and you'll get what you've always got. is shaq the answer? dunno, but this is one way to find out- big gamble = big payoff....or big flop. props to kerr for realizing change was needed and sticking his neck out there to change it up.Comment
