City. Living in Berlin, traveling and playing everywhere I can!

Club. ALL clubs that know! Residence at The Heat in the Fire Club, Berlin

First record bought. I honestly have bought 100s of 7"s as a child, and I really don’t remember the 1st, but 1st 12" I believe was Le Ramplemousee - Get Your Boom Boom, то ли Sylvester - Dance The Disco Heat / You Make Me Feel Mighty Real.

When (where, how, etc.) did you start deejaying? New York late 70’s... My band broke up and me as a drummer needed and wanted to perform solo, so I would not have to rely on others. This was the time the art form of HIP HOP was inventing itself and being invented. Funny thing is that 4 out of 5 members of my band became and stayed my dj crew for years!

Number of records in your collection. I have record collections on 2 continents, 4 different places...so I really don’t know. Over 5000 sure!

Role model. I’d have to say Jimmy Hendrix, cause he is probably one of the few people I’ve heard of thats so talented and was so misunderstood and overlooked for years!

The most important thing while mixing is… Musically? Keeping it on beat or putting it off beat on purpose and still sounding good. Physically? Turntables that are clean and run smooth and with an easy touch, loud and clear monitors on my left side. That simplicity can make or break a night musically!

My strongest fear is… being alone.

Thing, which is always with you on the journey. An open mind!

Track you’re currently working on. The album “Piano House”. A soon out digilease (digital release) on the new label Berlin Twins Musik! This release is full of nothing but lovely piano house music.

Music is… my life, my wife, my love, and my enemy.

Your top 5 records: (of the moment)!

    1. Don’t Say Goodnight Tonight - Paul McCartney & Wings

    2. Soul Will Tell You! - Some Digereedo

    3. Everythings Gonna Be Allright- Elbee BAD

    4. Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For - U2

    5. Apologize - Timberland
