Easy to use FTP for Mac?

Hi Guys, I got a friend that needs to upload files to my server. She uses a Mac and have no idea what programs are available for that. All she needs is a simple, clear ftp client so she can bung files on there.

Yes, Kamal, I do know how to use Google.

Transmit is by far the best. Pay the 30 bucks or whatever it is. Way worth it.
