Re: Nick Warren to do yet another GU September 08.
If the GU cd is anything like the last three Warren sets posted in the past six months, it should be stellar, but it seems a few of those tracks could run into some licensing issues, either way
Nick always plays a great mix with so much Dj'ing experience
and being half of WOW never hurts, what we need is Nick and Jody touring together, now that would rock the f'n casbah.

So came back last night...
Sven Vath was amazing...he played a god damn killer set...ended up going to that and came to at like 10 am in some whore house in south Amsterdam...no idea how I ended up there...friday was a bit of a blur got really drunk and visited several parties can't remember a whole lot to be honest hehe...saturday was probably the best day that I recall...started up in the nearest coffee shop and going from party to party...beautiful woman, beer and weed...finished the night by taking some shrooms and listening to an amazing elke kleijn set...sunday...i met a nice girl who worked at one of the coffee shops and ended up talking to her for like 6 hours...was supposed to meet her at some DnB party...but instead went for a steak and walked around red light district bars drinking and smoking...monday took it easy went to a coffee shop and took a taxi to airport....
All in all...I think I will be going back there some time soon

Let me get this straight.
So white-middle class Americans have been told by their Television sets to be fearful of:
1. Mexicans/Latinos from the South bringing drugs and killings n' shit.
2. African Americans cause mos def they are raging a race war and want to occupy America like how the plebs occupied Wall St.
3. Iranians/Afghans/Any one of middle eastern origin to be quite frank, cause you know Islam...
4. North Koreans/Chinese cause you know everything...
Re: Nick Warren to do yet another GU September 08.
I'm always pleased to see new stuff from Warren. But probably he should consider starting his own series ... because GU is making themselves ridiculous by selecting the same DJ again and again.
My suggestion: Global underground - Brussels - Pole folder

Yeah if GU gave Warren his own series there wouldn't be anyone doing their main brand. What they should of done is not bothered with all these separate series. Leaving the Nubreed out of it (This was a great series), The 24/7 & Lights Out series would of been just as successful if they had been branded as the main series. What i find funny John Digweed 6 Cd's for Renaissance and 4 of them in the last 3 years. But nobody's moaning about yet another Transitions. If you look in the last 20 years John Digweed has probably done twice the amount of mix Cd's that Nick Warren has done. And yes hes released them on Bedrock, GU, Renaissance, Fabric and countless others. But would it of made any difference on what label they where released on. Most of these labels are basically just releasing a snapshot of what the DJ is playing at the time. The only real difference is the packaging.
