    Airfare question...

Just found out yesturday from my agent that I'm booked to be in Detroit on the 31st of March 'till the 5th. That just happens to be the day I'm on my way home from wmc in Miami. Luckily it's a pre pro meeting on the 31st so I won't have to be there until the afternoon.
Can anyone recommend any cheaper airlines that do Mia to Dtw?
I found a flight for $260 with Delta one way, which is not bad.
Unfortunately, I don't think I can change my current ticket.
    Thanks for your help!!
Awww...I didn't mean A holes, as in "A holes"...I meant it like, as in, my friends....

are you saying you will just bite the loss of your other ticket to avoid the meeting?

that delta price sounds pretty good. i used to pay $220 from Tampa to Atlanta and thats only a 450 mile flight. so i'd say grab the Delta deal and run.

I'm saying that I don't have to be there for the pre production meeting before we shoot the Catapillar footwear catalogue.
But I should be there by about noon. I may have to bite the loss of my return ticket to Toronto if the travel agent can't change it for me in which case I'll have to buy a one way ticket from Miami to Detroit and then get a drive home with the crew when we're done. Should be fun, packing for summer and winter!
Anything good going on in Detroit these day?

unless you do priceline or something like that, that's pretty much what you can expect to pay.

gotcha... yeah, check out cheapflghts.com.. but on one ways you typically get screwed, may be better to get a RT and just not use the return
