Absolutely mind-blowing that someone on the left thinks this way. And as a paleoconservative, I think he's absolutely spot-on. There are four parts to this speech, but I'll simply post the last part, as it was the one where my jaw smacked on the table. Perhaps this will lead to a discussion of some of the ideas he has espoused, which, to be frank, aren't anything new. But they are articulated here very well, and unfortunately are not ideas which permeate the mainstream news. (after recently awakening from the zombie-like fox news trance, I found this to be a good jump off point for a weekend of writing and thinking)
