    what about the glaringly obvious problem of writing your own tracks? How the hell do you prove stuff like that? You don't have reciepts (which are silly enough to carry around...

    Maybe the advent of using memory sticks will get past the carrying around of dj boxes and cd's and such.

        maybe because so many of these professional producers always do work on the road, then they would have the track completely in their computer. My lord that would be fucked up to have to have an asshole make you prove that.

            what a bunch of crap. Uncle sam tries to ruin another good thing. This will never be able to be enoforced. I think everyone has brought up some great points and I agree this is a really dumb law.
