Unlimited iTunes downloads with a new iPod?

I would for sure buy a new ipod nano if they did this. i wouldnt if they did the monthy fee, but for a one time fee hell yes. i highly doubt it would be this cheap if this deal ever goes through but a one time fee of 20$ and im onboard for sure.

Even for $20 a month, seems like pretty good deal to me, so long as the music is truly "yours" after downloading.

Re: Unlimited iTunes downloads with a new iPod?

I just recently wiped my laptop hardrivre clean and restored my system to the new OSX. Upon doing so, I had to reactivate the music I purchased from iTunes. Apparently I can only authorize that music to be played on no more than five computers/ iPods/ iPhones. However, all new music added to the iTunes store should fall under the iTunes "plus" category and you'd retain full ownership and the bit rate is at 256.

Music is the answer, to your problems. Keep on movin', till you solve them.

haha. yeah right! you know how it's gonna go down though. "this music is truly yours *so long as it is uploaded directly to your ipod and not your computer. it is illegal to move the music from ipod to your computer or any other digital device beyond the phsycial boundaries of the ipod itself"

i would actually support apple and buy one of thier products if this was going to happen. but like Reagan said, "trust but verify". I'll have to read the fine print first tho...
you could put an Emfire release on for 2 minutes and you would be a sleep before it finishes - Chunky

it's RA. they'd blow their load all over some stupid 20 minute loop of a snare if it had a quirky flange setting. - Tiddles

yeah its going to be more like 80$ and you will prob only be able to have a total of X number of GB checked out from itunes at any one time, based on the size of the ipod you registered your account with.

              There is no way Apple
will give a large future source of revenue away
              for any fixed price.

FRESH!!! Someone please verify. I have an ipod and plenty of music that would require re-authorization but if this would eliminate that....Especially if I do ever do anything remotely to what clintlove did.
BTW, clintlove I moved all my stuff to an external drive. Is that bad

                  Music Like Water

I think we are headed for unlimited access to music in the future. If not from iTunes, maybe from something like this:

I'd jump on board for sure.
