Just picked it up at Sweetwater for $90. Looking forward to trying it out. They also have the academic version of Traktor Scratch for those looking to pick it up.

I too upgraded a few days ago. Traktor 3 definitely makes TS look like a lite version of the software. I have yet to try it with my x-station 25 but it works excellent with cdjs and 1200s.

Phil, did you get the free lacie hd for buying TS in june?

I didn't hear about a free Lacie HD for buying TS. Perhaps I don't qualify for getting it an academic price? Do you have a link?

I doubt it would matter since it says that you could have purchased it anywhere, but I'm not totally sure. Go here for instructions: http://www.pssl.com/c/Rebates/LaCie_...on_Process.pdf

All they want is a copy of the receipt and they send you a free lacie 120gb hard drive. Mine should arrive any day now.

Also, was it hard to obtain an academic copy of TS? I read somewhere that you have to prove that you are a music major or something similar (i.e. me being a business major could not apply for it)...do you know if this is true?
