    England v Wales predictions

Come then. lets have some prediction on the England v Wales score.

I'm recon 2-1 may 3-1 to England. Although am abit worried by rumours we might play a 4-3-3 formation!!!!!!!
    Sven hasn't got a F*#kin clue

ME THINKS 4-3-3 works against a side lacking quality but wouldn't work against a decent side. No width to our play. Can't believe Owen is tryin to claim the first goal!

Although he did play better than I expected.

I think the "claim" for the 1st goal was more tongue in cheek.. like he is struggling, so it would help his confidence, lol.
Now 3 more against Azer.. whatever the fuck.. and we will be looking good for going thru top of the table

Yep, should be ok now we've got CALAMITY JAMES out and Paul Robinson in (Thank God).

Can't think how Sven though James was the best English Keeper around with the likes of Paul Robinson around

i agree.. i think Seaman hung on waaaaaaaaaay too long, and others were being groomed but got too old, like James, Nigel Martin, etc. But I think their club teams hurt their chances of ever being a solid number one.
Robinson is a good young keeper, along with Chris Kirkland (when healthy). Hopefully one of them will take us to the promised land, so long as we stay out of PK shoot outs!
and the way the U-21's look.. dare i say good things ahead

James maybe shite for his country but for the mighty CITY he's been outstanding. Yes Robinson is the new no1.
Who should he play on the right to cover Becks, I reckon he should play Shaun Wright-Phillips?

ooh, I dont know. Wouldnt mind seeing Alan Smith get a run out, even though he is a striker, he has that mid field mentality. Wright Phillips is nice, but thats an awful lot of youth if he using dafoe, and rooney already. I think Smith has been having a nice season for club so far.

last thing we need is to drop easy points to Azerbijan

^^ I tend to disagree with ya the sir, i`ve never known why managers play a player out of there position, surely it would be better to play a winger on the wing rather than a striker, granted SWP doesn`t have the experience Smith does but we are only playing Azerbyfuckinobody.
mjwebhosting you know it makes sense

I totally agree.. but I also think Alan Smith is more of a mildfielder, than a striker. Having said that, if Hargreaves is available, he shold take Becks spot.

now, you and I both know, it is not safe to look past anyone, because if they end up winning only match in qualifying, Azer, whatever you said, will beat us. lol

Alan Smith has never been nor ever will be a midfielder. He`s an out and out poacher of the goal, and not a bad one at that. As for Hargreaves, he doesn`t do anything for me on the international level at all, he`s a 2 nill up come on to shore up the midfielder for me. No attacking flare or pace like what SWP would offer. On the other hand if Dyer was fit, playing well and had his head screwed on right i`d seriously consider him for the right wing but he`s not so i wont :?

All this is just IMO of course

Can you Imagine playing for Azerbywotsimecallit and seeing Rooney, Owen, Defeo & Shaun Wright-Phillips lining up in front of you. All with blinding pace and brilliant ball control (although Owen's is not quite as good as it use to be).

                        You be F#*kin brickin' it.

I think it this is the only game Sven could play all four of them and get away with it. With that amount of fire power up front Azerbywotsimecallit will spend the whole night on the back foot.

If Wales couldn't handle it Azerbaijan definite won't.
