For far too long, the story of Ghenghis, or Chingis, Khan has been overshadowed by the typical romana/greek saturation of hollywood. I feel that finally justice is being served to one of the most prolific conquerors of all time.

This is such a great film...the way these epic films should be done not the Hollywood way.
Great film...the only thing I would say is that it could have been perhaps longer there is enough to make a 3 hour film with this story...but I guess the director felt that this is the important part.
A truly epic film.
The cinematography is great, the camera work and angles...the battle's are very realistic..

There are some flaws in the film but considering the budget actors and all into account I think its well worth watching.
The historical relevance is somewhat questionable and some perhaps important parts of the story are omitted for whatever reason.
