Mcast streaming issues

I have noticed that sometimes when I'm streaming mcast it messes up when I switch to a different tab on my browser. When I switch back to the mcast tab, playback resumes no problem. Any suggestions of how to make it stream properly without remaining on the mcast page? Like I said, usually it's no problem, this only happens sometimes.

DJ Lunchtray, under the player icon in each show posting there are several options. One of them is to play the mix in a pop up window. A separate pretty small window will open (and not a new tab) which you can keep up and running independently. Alternatively, choose the Download option and download it straight to your hard drive.

I tried the pop-up window option. I had the same issue of the music stopping when I switched windows. I also tried the download option, and a new tab opened with a quicktime player playing the set. I don't think it actually downloaded to my hard drive. Don't you have to "save target as" to download it? I just clicked on the download link.
Anyway, I'll mess around and see what i can see. It just started doing it, so I may have changed some playback options on my browser, or something.

Make a right click to be on the safe side. What happens after simply klicking the link depends on your computer settings...either the Player starts all over or the download starts. By choosing right click + save as you can download the mp3 file easily though.

See, today I had no problems, I've been listening to the regular streams all day. I didn't change any settings either. Weird.
