Pretty amazing. According to Snopes, they are trained to paint these pictures. Put another blank in front of the elephant and you'll get the same picture. The elephant is not painting what ever strikes his fancy unfortunately. Still very cool though.
The paintings are sold to raise money for elephant conservation projects. The above painting, or a similar version of it, sold for $500.
