Just curious how many people out there have to deal with this. Heard a few comments on this here. Is this more common in Europe, Asia? I am in the US & download music like a fiend. Is 80 or 100 gigs a month a lot? I am surprised I haven't heard from my ISP....

i believe it depends on your ISP, but I have only really heard of this in the UK.. I would imagine you would have to get up into the terrabytes to hear anything over here.. not sure though
Unlimited in Singapore, but bandwidth limitations or data quotas are common/prevalent in Australia. I'm gonna be so fucked when I move over

So came back last night...
Sven Vath was amazing...he played a god damn killer set...ended up going to that and came to at like 10 am in some whore house in south Amsterdam...no idea how I ended up there...friday was a bit of a blur got really drunk and visited several parties can't remember a whole lot to be honest hehe...saturday was probably the best day that I recall...started up in the nearest coffee shop and going from party to party...beautiful woman, beer and weed...finished the night by taking some shrooms and listening to an amazing elke kleijn set...sunday...i met a nice girl who worked at one of the coffee shops and ended up talking to her for like 6 hours...was supposed to meet her at some DnB party...but instead went for a steak and walked around red light district bars drinking and smoking...monday took it easy went to a coffee shop and took a taxi to airport....
All in all...I think I will be going back there some time soon

on 4four.org some people were talkng about it.. may be i misunderstood.. they also mentioned the speeds becoming really slow at points like there is some sort of restrictor (thats not the word im looking for, but you catch my drift)
Say you subscribe to an interent plan that gives you 20GB a month. When you go over that limit, you either pay for the extra data according to a rate, or your ISP throttles your speed down to pathetic dialup.
But 20GB is ridiculous. I think the plans come in 60 and 80GB or more.

Here in afghan-land my isp sucks. Speed says 100Mbps on ethernet but its about 1Mbp on the WWW. To top it off they charge us an arm and a leg.
This place blows...
