Bouncers have always had a stick up their ass..Ego freaks..That's why they are bouncers..Does a modest person think "Hey, I wanna be a bouncer"? No, its the ones that think "Man, I'm so bad ass and tough, I should be a bouncer"....Small dong syndrome IMO...Shame to hear about this... -

Absolutely disgusting - people just trying to have a good time and assholes like this ruin it.
The guy at the top right was apparently the ringleader of the beat down - scary looking dude.Imagination was given to man to compensate him for what he is not;

Now that I think back... When I lived in Miami this summer, in a fit of insanity I tried to get into that very same club.
then I had a moment of clarify and realized that it wouldn't be much fun to fester in an obnoxiously posh, overpriced prickfest of a place that plays shitty music and I left (oh wait, I just described all of SoBe)

Now that I think back... When I lived in Miami this summer, in a fit of insanity I tried to get into that very club with some friends one evening.
Then I had a moment of clarity and realized that it wouldn't be much fun to fester in a posh, overpriced prickfest of a place that plays shitty commercialized music (oh wait, that's pretty much all of SoBe).
Guess I can be glad I never made it in...it's certainly not the first story I've heard about the shady practices of SoBe clubs.

I feel there is more to this than the article tells, Old boy used to work there, I feel he may have torched a bridge....either way it ain't right.
But it sounds as if he should have stayed away,as for the sobe club seen, I only go in clubs there during wmc so it's hard to judge,when i am in south fl its Hard Rock and the Poker Tables for me unless its late march or there is someone Special playing in south beachComment

During WMC it's bearable, outside of it it tends to be an overrated prickfest imo. There are smaller places there that do offer some cool music and no stress partying fun, but of course everyone is drawn to the places where they can "be seen"...like fricken gnats to a bug zapper

the night i was there no less than 6 bouncers had one kid up against a wall tormenting him, asking him to hit one of them, just kept on and on.. whatever this kid did was irrelevant, the fear in his eyes was terrible.During WMC it's bearable, outside of it it tends to be an overrated prickfest imo. we left and came back a few hours later when the crowd had died down and caught the last hour of S&D.. there was still tension especially when one of the assholes went up and powered off the mixer right in the middle of sasha mixing, then started waving his hands i the air like a rapperComment
