sounds to me like you're looking for releases off of two labels:
Buzzin Fly
and
Freerange

my favourite cd to listen to as i sit oiled up, cigar in mouth, on teh beach is Cafe Del Mar volume Tres. Pat Metheny, Nightmares on Wax, just great stuff. Same goes for Matt Diamante's "DreamStates" mix. that shit'll put you out quick. (not good when you're smokin' ha)
Digital WitchCraft had another good set that I listen to, but it's more breaks: Digital Witchcraft - Proton Radio Mix (2003-07-30)
A good decent house one: Arthur_Deep_-_Organic_Sessions_041_on_Pure.FM--organictheory.com Found that on here a while back.
Two of the best summer house mixes I've found is by this guy named "L.J". I don't know if i got it on here, but he's got one mix called "The Lost Juice" and another one called "Perpetual Emotion"....and i think they are exactly what you're looking for. Straight up lush house on a lazy afternoon. Ideal. If you can find out who this person is...let me know, cause i wan't more of his mixes.you could put an Emfire release on for 2 minutes and you would be a sleep before it finishes - Chunky
it's RA. they'd blow their load all over some stupid 20 minute loop of a snare if it had a quirky flange setting. - Tiddles
