      how u guys (i guess most of this board from US & Europe) feel about downloading in MP3 what was just released ? i mean i have no problem w this, but what is YOUR approach regarding it ?? maybe you say "NO WAY WE DOWNLOAD IT !!! we have to buy it for $$$ because lalala..."

        You can actually buy this from EDM Digital I believe when it becomes released. So that's in mp3 format. As far as illegal downloading...piracy is just plain wrong man. Actually I will definitely buy this one because all proceeds go to supporting Proton which I'm glad to do.

          i personally think that information should be free, but what just came into my mind - whether MUSIC is information? hmmm...

              Everything is information...or at least requires information. So you're saying then that everything should be free? Someone must develop a talent, purchase (hopefully if they're doing it ethically) software, create, revise, revise, and revise some more before a finish musical product is finally ready. Time is money my friend...and money is money...so these people definitely deserve to be paid for their work. The producer had to purchase a computer, other equipment, software, had to pay for pressing, etc. so where does the money come from to pay for that? They have to be reimbursed and that's where we as consumers come in.
