i would search for a new job.. what industry is it? if it is a tight knit industry you deffo dont want to get a rep of being difficult to work with and the type that just walks away when things dont go your way.. not saying this is what you are doing, just saying you dont want that to get around.

the cable industry is like that, everyone knows everyone and it is easy to get black balled.

so you should at least have a chat with some higher ups and let them know, if there are issues with your performance thats one thing, but being baby sat is just not on, especially by someone that has no real authority to tell you what to do.

Insurance...We just had a girl quit (Because this place sucks dick)...This new guy has 50 years experience...He is amazed by how this place is run and how unorthodox it is...It's like one big circle jerk...No communication, everything gets done twice, no one marks files...it's a fucking nightmare...
