saw him tonight here in Indianapolis. great show. I know most of you will not know who he is, but those that do: the guy is on form. all new material. lots of politics and religious stuff. Kinda like christopher hitchens interpreted by Izzard. Hilarious and brilliant. It went over incredibly well with the crowd. go check him out if he's coming to your area...

no, he was dressed fairly posh. jeans, nice shoes. a red-and-white striped shirt, and a tuxedo jacked with a long tail.

Izzards last 2 DVD's weren't great. Circle had its moments. Sexie was awful. I didn't get into it and I'm a diehard Izzard fan. However, his earlier material more than makes up for it. One of the funniest fuckers ever.Comment

i got there like10 minutes late (it was sold out and my sister and I were running around trying to find scalpers lol). anyways, so 10 minutes late and i think we missed some important stuff he referenced later on. no big deal i guess. but wouldn't you want to be on time anyways? shouldn't be a question...

I got to catch him a few months back as he was working out his new material with a series of shows at a small theater here in new york...some damn good stuff there that made me excited to hear him again once he's polished the material (hope he worked out his iphone wikipedia moment...that took too damn long). Gonna see him again in a few weeks

lol. lucky! rarely does one get to see a comedian 'work' on new material. yes, the iphone/wiki bit was too long, but the rest of the crowd ate it up.

most of it actually is ad lib in a manner...while he works on the general tone and outline of the evening, he doesn't write anything down so it comes out as if it's off the cuff..."Work like you don't need the money.
