lunch today was ..

Very moroccan ... oven roasted poussin (with harissa), a salad of baby chard/baby spinach and couscous with pinenuts/sultanas.

All done by my fair hand (roasted poussin's for lunch yesterday & made the couscous) - so popped home to eat/surf [ms]..

That's the highlight of the working day over ... it's back to work & back to the grind !

Its gordon ramsey's lamb tagine later !!

Suprisingly enough, I bought it from the local Coop, it was just a warm up in the oven pack.. you may laughy but they are really nice.

As far as Thai restaurants go, we have one in the town center which I checked out last Friday for the first time. Really really nice food, good service with some shockingly fit Thai girl waitresses.

hit Dunkin' today as I was running late to work after an emergency appt. Tried the pizza (not bad, but small) & had a sandwich to boot.

It covered.

"Dinner" was a protein bar. Other dinner later is leftover pasta & green beans.

Got to hit the store in the next couple days; running out of stuff....
