Chloe, hell of an interesting read there and hearing the strong musical influences of your parents gives me hope for my little boy.

And now I understand even better why you're so talented...while I've never been to Seattle or the Pacific Northwest for that matter, I have heard of your parent's store Easy Street quite often (a Pearl Jam set there comes immediately to mind ). Their taste in music and being a leader among independent record stores are among the common praises I tend to hear about them. Kudos!

simon - yea i did. ive always been more into music than sport, i was just naturally gifted or whatever in the tennis. i like it still but not enough to want to do it all day.

ruby - oh rad! yea easy street is a bit of a legend in the pacific northwest. its a great shop and thats not due to it being family. it really is a great shop. the people are smart and don't treat you like you are some dummy in their shop. i hate that vibe. that pearl jam thing was mentallllllllll!!!!!!
