been hearing about this on the morning radio for a couple weeks.
today they were saying that friends of nick are reporting how awful he is doing in jail.
i say fuck that kid. he's had so many 2nd chances and gotten away with so much shit and he still didnt learn his lesson. i hope he's really suffering in jail for that entire 8 months. fuck that rich kid. he's abused his 'celebrity' status way too much and i have no sympathy for him. when he gets out of jail he'll still be rich and his friend, unfortunately, will be retarded for the rest of his life.

Steve, as much as I'd like to agree with you, the only reason to send someone to prison is to teach them a lesson... I think he's already learned a lesson harder than prison can teach. His friend voluntarily got in the car with him, an accident happened, and Nick will now never race ever again because of it. I don't agree with involuntary manslaughter charges in situations like this

this isnt the first time he's wrecked a car, or got in trouble for being an idiot behind the wheel. he deserves to be in jail for multiple reasons. it just so happens that his buddy was injured badly in this particular incident, resulting in nicks incarceration. the hammer finally nailed his ass, its just a shame he was still allowed to drive after his last accident.
