Well, if you had never heard of the reference "Hot or Not" then you probably live in a cave. The same 'phenomenon' as using "google" as reference to the site (used as a verb, noun, adjective, etc).
And, more appropriately, the Term Mgmt thingy is more shameless self-promotion than anything else.
There should be a forum just for shameless self promotion.

I have heard of hot or not, and no I dont reside in a cave, it is a cavern. But maybe there are people from other countries that have not heard of it that's why I posted what I did. thats all.
