DSL Recommendations in Toronto

Hey guys, I'm moving to Toronto in about 2 weeks and looking into various DSL options... so far I've narrowed it down to - Acanac Inc and Teksavvy - both promise unlimited bandwith with no caps. Acanac seems too good to be true at only $19.00 per month. Not heard good things about Rogers and Bell... but then again I have no idea. My big concern is ISP's throttling BT. Is there a work around perhaps?

bah screw dsl, go with shaw cable...you can get their 'extreme' cable for like $40 a month...its like regular cable on steriods.

why you moving to t-dot? you in the finance biz? (just a guess since you are currently working in a tax haven)

So they don't have bandwith caps etc? Somehow I always thought DSL was a dedicated service as opposed to cable which is shared ??

you're never gonna cap out on cable...much faster that dsl, at least in north america.
