    Beatport Territory Restrictions

Ok so when I bought Serato 2 months ago I was so stoked about being able to use the Beatport shop. But there have been quite a few tracks I want that the site says I can't order because of territory restrictions! WTF!?!?!!? That's recockulous! Anyone know of a way around this seemingly retarded rule?

juno now has the same territory restrictions as beatport. and beatport often gets exclusive tracks that no other digital shop will have.

yes agreed. and if you happen to have friends in other countries who can buy the songs for you, that can save you the hassle too...

i hate to bring this up...but these things like territory restrictions are going to just make more people get illegal downloads of the songs...i hate to think it but it's happening.

just don't buy it. pretty simple. there is loads of music out there. find something else. that one track isn't going to make a difference.

yes but it would happen much less...i believe if companies like Beatport wouldn't have these stupid territory restrictions, forcing people to get tracks from other sources.

I remember back in whenever, I wanted that Buick Project remix of Warning Siren. I had to get a friend from the UK to buy it for me and then send it to me. Something that should not have needed to be.

Beatport doesn't put the territory restriction on a track, the label does. You're barking up the wrong tree Jeffery.

easiest way to do it is try juno, if that doesnt work take the name of the label from beatport which ur track is on and goto there website, 9 times out of 10 they will have there own mp3 shop on the website
