Definitely fake, unless this office just happens to leave all their monitors unplugged. Not to mention the part where psycho tries to swing the lamp at the guy but he happens to catch it perfectly - not buying it.

The security camera was nicely centered on him. (Clue #1)
The CRTs weren't tethered to their CPU's with cords (Clue #2)
Hero #1 who had no problem going after him when he had the smashy thing and was facing him, but suddenly stopped intervening once he was unarmed. (Clue #3)
Sound effect of Tazer was complete BS (Clue #4) (I could be wrong, but I thought tasers were fairly quiet, not things that produced loud, fake sounding BZZZT sounds)

besides office security cameras are typically static, they dont oscillate

Last week's post about a guy absolutely losing his shit in a becubicled office turned out to be a viral ad for Wanted, that new action film with James MacAvoy and Angeline Jolie. I guess the video could be considered a success in that it was convincing and popular, but the fact that it is associated with a commercial film was and will remain lost on just about everyone.
