All the things the girl did were manipulative sure...but they fucked "after a couple of conversations". Maybe if the guy wasn't thinking with his dick, he might have gotten to know her a bit and found the real story. she clearly misled him. he might should have known better but if he went to her father when he found out her age imagine that scene. "sorry sir, but someone needs to tell you what your 13 year old is up to...." what balls. 22 year olds do dumb things like anyone else but that he went to her family tells me he's trying to be half-way responsible. i'm not saying he should be off the hook but year in jail + is a bit much.Comment

it's funny how the TWO PEOPLE who have yet to be discussed are the Judge and the Prosecutor.
Both fucked up imo. They made a case where none should have been. It's not the first time the girl was in court testifying in front of that judge about sleeping with the guy she seduced into doing so. (btw, this isn't entrapment, which requires manipulative acts by government)
The only person who did anything right here is the guy. He went to the father, told him what the fuck was going on. And got burned.
But he wasn't the first victim. He was the second one. So why in sam fuck did the judge give this girl the incentive to seek out dong at any cost to the liberty of her victims?
It's disappointing to see how some of you quickly throw this guy under the bus. You're treating this as if the girl has clean hands, and is a child. But she's clearly been seeking out guys to fuck, and has done so. I would find it hard to believe that she's had sex with only two men, the two that are in jail. Don't kid yourselves. Tutenkhamen ran an empire at age 13 ffs.
Worse, if she did this again, for the third time, some of you will still say the guy is guilty.
If i was on that jury, you can bet your ass i would have pulled out the jury nullification card.
Last thought: again, the judge has now given this girl a guilt-free, legally-free avenue to continue her behavior. Don't think it will end with this guy...you could put an Emfire release on for 2 minutes and you would be a sleep before it finishes - Chunky

Conor, you make excellent points as usual, and maybe he doesn't deserve jail, but, it takes two to tango. He is not guilt free even though he did the right thing afterwards.It's never too late to become the person you always thought you would be.Comment

As far as he was concerned it was consenting adults ! As is mentioned here there are many people who don't look their age. I do think kids have poor judgment and I hate to see their vulnerabilities exploited, but that clearly isn't the case here !
