I read a beautiful inscription on a war memorial in town and while it may not necessarily be the same situation, the words still mean a lot and give hope..... (the words may not be accurate)

Hey man, you definitely have my condolences. I seriously do not know what i would do or what I would've ended up like had it not been for my pops. Although I enjoyed my wild and crazy years, he made sure i realized whats important in life and showed me what i needed to do to take care of myself. Stay strong man, just take heed to what he hs showed you in life. remember the good times, and you'll be alright. Peace be with you man.

I'm sorry for you loss. Every time the phone rings and its my parents number in caller ID a fear its going to be something like this. I'm jealous that you got to see your father and spend that quality with him on a weekly basis. I'm sure he knew that you loved him very much.
But along the lines of maintaining good health, Beanz is offering free prostate exams for anyone who is interested.
