i am sure there will be some cool apps to play with here soon, i am probably going to switch my service here soon so i can play with one of these. too bad i just got into my new damn sprint contract with a crappy phone

-> From what I've read from recent statistics complied on App store apps, most applications will be free, and for developers that are looking to charge for there apps, they will go for a little under 10 $ (Which isn't too bad, because how i see it if something is developed with alot of care to functionality you might as well pay for it to give developers the drive to innovate on there already good product; there is always cracked n pirated copies too, that works when ur wallets hurting *winky)

But yes, expect some wicked apps coming out! the frameworks which the Iphone utilizes really opens up another dimension for development of some really crazy apps, n im sure on July the 11th when the 2.0 software is seeded officialy by Apple, we'll be in for some big suprises

-> The older ones are no longer sold, n for all those who paid a hefty amount of money for theres, they should be kept because the onlly difference between the new one and old one, is that the new one supports 3G access to internet, along with GPS; while the old one has no 3g, n utilizes assited GPS via cellular networks n wi-fi hotspots.

So the way i see it, if you've got wireless router at home, and own an old iphone, theres really no need to upgrade, unless offcourse ppl are fans of the new white back on the new one, which is rather affemenite if you ask me... took me about a day to get used to the qwerty keypad from the regular nokia numpad

i hear it might take a few days to get used to the keypad and the autocorrrection, but after that its supposed to be faster than a normal qwerty, is this true?

typing is fine, although i wish i could put it in french and still have a qwerty and not an azerty. the french T9 also kinda sucks

the only thing that really pisses me off is the ipod for listening to sets. unlike a normal ipod, where you can spin the dial to seek to a certain point, you have to slide your finger along the short seek bar. basically it's impossible to listen to that one cool song that starts at 23:15. you can get close to where you want, but making short seek adjustments is a fucking hassle. has anyone found a way to deal with this?

It's T-minus iPhone 3G and counting and the international queuing has begun in earnest... and in Tokyo. This is the line outside of SoftBank's flagship store in Harajuku as captured by Akihabara News. Now, let's forget about the first guy, look at our boy number three, Mr. Anonymous Good Posture. With 2 more days 'til launch and the unboxing and reviews already done, pictures of his rapid state of dishevelment might be the most interesting thing we see come Friday. One more picture of the absurdity after the break.
I broke my spoon on the viagra sundae.
