G.Pal vs. El Greco - "3rd of July / A Prayer Beneath" [Swift010]
It's finally HERE ! New El Greco release since Swift001 "NightWatch"!
Swift Records celebrates its 10th release with 2 killer tunes! G.Pal locks horns with El Greco, no other than his own tougher sound alias!
Both tracks have been doing the rounds for some time now, being tested in dancefloors all over the world, sneaking up on unsuspecting audiences and getting hands in the air time and time again!
G.Pal "3rd of July" is one of Hernan Catanneo's main tracks for the past year. A very simple yet compelling track that combines a dark percussive build up with a distorted piitched down chant that leads to the trademark G.Pal breakdown full of heart filling pads. Little known fact: This track was completed the night before G's greatest creation yet, came to life, his daughter!
On the flip, El Greco takes over with "A Prayer Beneath" which
features an ecclesiastical hymn style vocal, over a distinctive phat bassline and a catchy synth phrase which repeats throughout the track
taking the big crowd pleasing breakdowns to the next level.
"A Prayer Beneath" is featured on G.Pal's first mix compilation on Swift Records G.Pal/1, due out February.
