State of things in the U.S.

Stock market sucks, cost of living up, economy in the toilet, oil per gallon is at an all time high, hip hop is mainstream, health care costs up, stuck in a crappy war in a country that I don't care about, still lots of drugs addicts and thugs everywhere, poverty still a problem, Paris Hilton is a celeb for ?, the Euros are better than us at basketball, etc.

If we govern Iraq and they have lots of oil then why are oil prices higher than ever? Also, why can't we stop the opium trade in Afghanistan?

Now, I know you'll want to blame Bush for this, but I don't think it's all his fault, but he is to blame for some of the above. And Kerry has had years in the Senate to address this problem.

As for oil, I'm starting to believe the Saudis are behind this war and they're the ones getting paid, but someone tell me different. As for the rest, anyone have answers?

US consumes more Petrol(and everything else!) than the rest of the world...the infrastructure(freeways+trucking) was designed that way. Driving is 'freedom' but we gotta ask for an alternative energy source...NOT Petrol! Afghan opium trade was never meant to stop, like it or not. Drug-traffiking funds Wars!

Kerry and the BCCI investigation...BIG scandal but father-Bush was off the hook...payback time...presidential elections!

"BCCI was the mother and father of terrorist financing operations." - Sr. US investigator

Carlyl Group:"...a well connected Washington merchant bank specializing buyouts of defense and aerospace companies." - Wall Street Journal
^owned by father-Bush has VERY close ties with bin Laden(Saudi) family.
