    Release Info:

Hailing from Oslo, Norway both Christian Sol and Pistolpuma have been making quite a name for themselves. Now they join forces to deliver a massive banging club track that’s already licensed to several compilations. With remixes and dubs coming from Nils Noa, Elevator People and Federico Epis this could be nothing less of a package that’ll destroy dancefloors this summer!

The original version of “Out Your Mind” is one of those tracks that pop up once every while to set floors around the world on fire. Borrowing the concept of a hypnotic, fierce spoken speech from succesful tracks in the past (classic “Can You Feel It?” from Mr. Fingers for instance) and combining that with a heavy bass driven techy track “Out Your Mind” will raise energy levels to infinite heights. For people who just can’t stand vocals or speeches there’s also a dub version that takes the musical energy from the original, but leaves the speech.

Also from Norway, Groovecollection regular Nils Noa (GC Originals, GC Red, Deep) produced both a dub and remix for “Out Your Mind”. Taking things on a wiggly, bouncy route mr. Noa attaches the energetic speech to a housy base. The percs add that really addictive groove that’ll keep the masses moving.

New York based collective Elevator People (Anton Kram, Felix Feygin and Alex Kofman) twisted the knobs to fit the original into their distinctive style of techy yet funky dancefloor driven tracks. The bass hook is extremely catchy while a housy organ-like synth takes care of the extra chords. Ofcourse the heavy vocal is present as well making this a funky and energetic type of tune.

Last up from Uruguay is Federico Epis who did a succesful EP on Groovecollection Originals before. He managed to make the energetic feel from the original even greater by adding a huge, grumbling synth line and loads of percussive elements to spice things up. Combining a somewhat proggy and techy approach this is huge with a capital H!
