Plenty, mostely EDM, but for me Defo Desyn Masiello, Rowan Blades, Behrouz, Nick Warrwen, Lee Burridge of the most recent set i did downlaod.

Actually it's good oppertunity to listen to alot of sets that i download, esp when i am running.

      Re: Working out

Yeah it is the best time to listen to all the sets i download over the week.
Usually like a bit of dnb as the faster tempo is good to keep speed on the machines. Also zabiela, Boys Noize, most of the JJJ mixups i like, Eelke Kleijn, Jesse Rose.

            Re: Working out

i usually like to listen to upbeat EDM sets when i go running. not very picky about what so long as it is anything continuous without breaks/pauses to keep me trucking along.
Should I fuck you at that not until the ass, inject then tremendously hard bumschen and to the termination in the eyes yes?

raw nasty stuff for the weights- ( diggers/ moshic/ spooky @ bogota set/ etc)

More rolling baselines and melodies for cardio- ( rowan blades/ kazell/ dave seaman etc)

Older GU cd's are awesome for cardio

wow. lot's of slow music there.

I have a couple Carl Cox essential mixes from 98/99. Singapore, Ibiza, etc...

Sasha's E-mix from Lush, Portrush. for the hour-long cardio sessions.

Paul Van Dyk's hotmix for the 20 minute HIIT, and his Coloursfest set E-mix.

an oakey set recorded at cream.

Digger's e-mix recorded at bournemouth. from way back when he was playing hooj records.

And Cold's "Wasted Years" for warming up and stretching.
you could put an Emfire release on for 2 minutes and you would be a sleep before it finishes - Chunky

it's RA. they'd blow their load all over some stupid 20 minute loop of a snare if it had a quirky flange setting. - Tiddles

I only discovered this set a few years ago - quality. I've listened to it before in the gym; Slacker's Psychout certainly gets me working, in particular!
I tend to do cardio but with quite a lot of resistance, so don't require that high a tempo.
Sasha & Digweed's 2004 Wild in the Country EM is a favourite gym set, especially when Pa Dida kicks in and flows into the energetic Mismoplastico
Digweed's 2005 Global Gathering EM is a fructuous set, too.

i listen to digweed's vagabond set while blasting my pecs. right when the breakdown comes in on that one song, duuuuuuuuuuude, i shred through the plates.

                          anything EDM based and driven.

its always a good time to listen to new sets.
