Troya

I’ve been really inspired by the oldschool synthesizers and sounds lately.
And the way I see it, the techno scene is now getting very housey and warm. So as an outcome of all that Troya got born.
Very simple, housey and using the chicago synths that I love so much.
Think this track has both Chicago and Detroit written all over it and with the
“nu-school” and high-pitched bleep loop and efx its turned out to be a real crowd pleaser in my dj sets.
Just play it out loud and watch the reactions of the groove, the builds and the hypnotic loop.
Planta 7.10
Listen: http://www.noir-music.com/promotion/..._7.10_snip.mp3
This is the beast on the EP.
Really long and crowdteasing builds before the nasty bassline and twisted synth efx hit hard.
Might be one of my hardest tracks to date and its definatley one for the late hours.
Techno flavoured madness with a quirky samba beat underneath to make the crowd go “wtf?”.
Another track that really works in the clubs and gets great reactions everytime.
Hesperia
Listen: http://www.noir-music.com/promotion/hesperia_snip.mp3
This track is pure and clean tech house.
Its got a funky, twisted and very clean sound to it without being too empty.
Tiny hints of electro without getting on the nerves and being too commercial.
I think this is the track on the EP that reminds me the most of “older” Noir tracks and style.
This track would fit in perfectly in any dj set and be sure to keep the floor on fire. It’s a cliché – but sometimes less is more.
Troya (Deepfried Mix)
Listen: http://www.noir-music.com/promotion/...fried_snip.mp3
Most people might think I removed the bleepy loop on the dub – just to have an additional version, but…………
For the dub I changed the whole groove and made the feel of the track more deep house.
All melodies and builds have been changed and this version would be suitable for the warm up sets – where as the original is more of a primetime stormer.
Early night, get into the groove action with that oldschool house feel.
I like Troya but my choice goes to Hesperia.
Like the vibe of that one for a smooth set.

Planta 7.10 sounds really great.

Hesperia for me I think mate, or deepfried mix of Troya.
Both top tracks, but I like the groove on Hesperia most. Good work!
Funkagenda
Really great EP. For me the best I have heard from you – all strong.
My fave is Troya I think and the deepried mix.
I will probably play all at some point. Good job mate.
Jim Rivers
Really impressed, really current sounding, driving stuff!
Hesperia is doing it for us.
Will play Planta too, Wicked techno groove and mental synth action.
