dont get me wrong, I'm not defending this guy.. I'm just saying this country's legal system isn't exactly perfect.. look at the recent amount of people being released from death row because they were wrongly accused due to recent dna evidenceComment

remember the mom in houston that drowned her 4 or 5 kids? fucked up. no relevance to this story at all, but that sticks out vividly in my head since i lived in houston when it happened... andrea yates i think her names was. i heard she actually got off the death penalty for pleaing insanity. that was a huge blow against our society, imo. even if yo uare insane, drowning your 5 kids, you shouldn't be their caretaker in the first place. she deserved a lot worse than an insanity plea.
