looking for some advice.....
been in a job now for about a year +...love it tbh
i,ve known people in there for longer than some people have been alive in there but recently my minds moved onto other things and although i,m enjoying my work right now i get the feeling that somethings just not right, its as iff everyones trying to phsycout everyone else to get the best from each other which is fine but as we all know something just aint good for you in some situations...i,ve learned skills i would of never thought i would of been able to master and i get no better satisfaction on turning the dirtiest piece of metal into something u could actually brush your hair in or shave, some of the things we've all had a hand in building have turned out to be some of the prettiest things i,ve ever seen in my entire life but again i just feelk like everyone is trying to sabotaj everyone elses job in order to save there own, this is a workplace with no loyalties when it comes to jobs or freinds which i can understand but i get the feeling that some people are just taking it that one step to far when it comes to everything, were all different people with different tastes and different background but on the face of it we can get on great but when the pressure starts hitting the fan its like everyone starts biting each others head off, not a nice place to be sometimes, sometimes there can be so much hate flying around which isnt good for anyones health......
tbh its getting rediculas...i,ve seen this happen to guys that have been in there 14-15 years etc and they are still shunted out the door in the flyest ways u could imagine possible...they dont even have the guts to say it to your face, jeez whats happening to this place
