I guess being in Tampa and knowing what he has been thru, and yes a lot was self induced, but to see him in awe of what was happening and a kids smile on his face and his All Star teammates completely in the moment was really something special.
I REALLY enjoyed the camera shots from the upper deck.. that shit was crazy
and the cops chasing those guys and grabbing the one around the neck, lol.. wtf!Comment

i could barely contain myself watching this. first learned about this guy while reading a newspaper a couple months ago, and he seems to have risen above, and simply excelled past his past. good for him, and good for baseball to have such a positive story to thrive on for a minute. watching that guy clobber those homeruns was awesome! and the fact that the New York crowd embraced him so strongly made it that much cooler. this was refreshing to see.Comment
