unfortunately they can't credit RM on the title, because if they did, then they would have to let Miles know that he re-did it, and have to either risk it not being allowed to be released, or Miles asking $$$ for the rights to be used.
this way he just get's to have all the $$$ to himself.

All in all...I think I will be going back there some time soon

Let me get this straight.
So white-middle class Americans have been told by their Television sets to be fearful of:
1. Mexicans/Latinos from the South bringing drugs and killings n' shit.
2. African Americans cause mos def they are raging a race war and want to occupy America like how the plebs occupied Wall St.
3. Iranians/Afghans/Any one of middle eastern origin to be quite frank, cause you know Islam...
4. North Koreans/Chinese cause you know everything...

Right, and you shouldn't call the house you're about to rob to let them know you intend to rob it, because, you know, they'd probably want to keep some of their stuff.
If you don't call, though, you get to keep all the loot for yourself.
Point is: people remix, cover, and rework existing songs all the time. There is a right way to do it and there is a wrong way to do it. I haven't been able to see the video yet, but sounds like this dude went about it the wrong way.
